Priced by the size of the pool, the access and how the material leaves the site — the same access question that governs building one. Most jobs are a few days of work, and the quote separates demolition, haulage and the licence so nothing appears later. The shell has to be broken so water can drain, the fill compacted in layers and the pipework capped. Skip any of that and the ground settles, the surface cracks and the problem comes back at your expense.
