Pool Terraces and Paving
Non-slip porcelain is what most owners on this coast end up with: it stays cooler underfoot than natural stone, shrugs off salt and chlorine and needs almost no upkeep. Natural stone and composite decking are the alternatives.

What a terrace costs
New terrace work starts at around EUR 120-130 per m2, including preparation, falls, drainage and laying. Coping stones, step nosings and lighting are listed separately so you can see what the edge of the pool costs on its own.
Falls and drainage come first
Without a fall and a drainage channel, water and salt sit against the coping and lift the tiles within a couple of seasons. We set the levels and the drainage before the first tile goes down.
Done with the pool, not after it
Laying the terrace while the pool is built is cheaper: one team, one delivery of material, one round of dust in the garden — and no second mobilisation charge.
GET AN ESTIMATECoping, steps and lighting
Coping stones, step nosings and the lighting around the pool are part of the same job. Getting them from one supplier is what makes the finished edge look deliberate.
The site visit is free and carries no obligation. Send the address and a couple of photos beforehand and we can usually tell you on the phone whether the job is a morning, a week or a full renovation.
Autumn and winter are the quiet months for us and the cheapest time for you to book: the pool is ready before the season instead of during it, and nobody loses half of July to a building site.
Everything goes in writing before anyone starts: the scope, the materials, the price and the dates. If something changes on site, you get the new figure before the work is done, not on the final invoice.
Renovating an existing terrace
An old terrace can usually be re-laid without touching the pool, provided the shell and the coping are sound. We check that first and tell you if it is worth it.

Who does the work
The crews are ours, not subcontractors: nineteen people who have worked together for years across the Costa Blanca and the Mar Menor. The same foreman who measures your pool is on site while it is being built, which is why the schedule we hand you in writing usually holds.
We work for communities and rental properties as well as private villas, where the rules on safety, access and water testing are stricter and the paperwork has to exist when an inspector asks for it.
Call +34 634 928 081, send the address of the property, and we will come out and look. The visit and the written quote cost nothing, and the number you get is the number you pay unless you change the scope. We answer in English, Spanish, Polish and Russian, 08:00 to 17:00.
