Old pipework and tired filtration
A renovation is the moment to replace pipework that has been patched twice, move an undersized pump and add a variable-speed one. Doing it while the pool is empty costs a fraction of doing it later.
Two to four weeks, not a season
Waterproofing and tiling take two to four weeks; longer if the pipework or the plant room is replaced too. We give you the schedule with the quote and we work to it.

The quote covers the work described here. Terrace and paving, retaining walls, garden reinstatement, an electrical upgrade if the house has no spare capacity, and town-hall fees are listed as separate lines, so you can see what each part costs and decide what to do now and what to leave.

We work for communities and rental properties as well as private villas, where the rules on safety, access and water testing are stricter and the paperwork has to exist when an inspector asks for it.
