Sloping and terraced plots
Sloping plots are normal on this coast. We design the retaining structure, the drainage and the pool as one piece of engineering, which is often when an infinity edge stops being a luxury and becomes the obvious solution.
Design that survives contact with a builder
A drawing is easy; a shell that holds water for twenty years is not. Every custom pool we design is checked for steel, wall thickness and hydraulics before it is priced, so the design you approve is the one that gets built.
How long it takes
Design and engineering add one to three weeks before the licence application; construction runs longer than a standard pool, typically eight to twelve weeks depending on shape and access.
Who does the work
The crews are ours, not subcontractors: nineteen people who have worked together for years across the Costa Blanca and the Mar Menor. The same foreman who measures your pool is on site while it is being built, which is why the schedule we hand you in writing usually holds.

We cover the provinces of Alicante and Murcia from our office in Torrevieja: Orihuela Costa, Guardamar, Rojales, Los Montesinos, Elche, Alicante, Santa Pola, Los Alcázares, San Javier, Torre Pacheco and the towns around them. Anything within that radius gets the same crew and the same response time.

The quote covers the work described here. Terrace and paving, retaining walls, garden reinstatement, an electrical upgrade if the house has no spare capacity, and town-hall fees are listed as separate lines, so you can see what each part costs and decide what to do now and what to leave.

What we check first
The site visit is free and carries no obligation. Send the address and a couple of photos beforehand and we can usually tell you on the phone whether the job is a morning, a week or a full renovation.
Autumn and winter are the quiet months for us and the cheapest time for you to book: the pool is ready before the season instead of during it, and nobody loses half of July to a building site.
