A turnkey pool, start to finish
A 6×3 m pool starts at around EUR 11,000, an 8×4 m at around EUR 16,500 and a 10×5 m at EUR 19,000-20,000, including excavation, shell, waterproofing, tiled finish, skimmer filtration, lighting and plant room. A heat pump starts at EUR 2,000, salt chlorination with pH control at EUR 900.
Four to six weeks on site, not six months
Once the licence is granted a standard pool takes four to six weeks of work: excavation and steel, concrete and waterproofing, tiling and plant room, then filling, commissioning and handover. You get the dates in writing before anyone digs.
Standard Pools
The site visit is free and carries no obligation. Send the address and a couple of photos beforehand and we can usually tell you on the phone whether the job is a morning, a week or a full renovation.
Individual Pools
Autumn and winter are the quiet months for us and the cheapest time for you to book: the pool is ready before the season instead of during it, and nobody loses half of July to a building site.
Infinity Pools
Everything goes in writing before anyone starts: the scope, the materials, the price and the dates. If something changes on site, you get the new figure before the work is done, not on the final invoice.
The shell decides everything after it
The reinforced concrete shell is sized for the ground on your plot, waterproofed properly and only then tiled. Pools that crack, leak or lose their tiling three summers later almost always went wrong at this stage, and repairing that costs more than building it right.
Licence and paperwork included
Every pool in Spain needs a works licence, and above a certain size a project signed by a technician plus a completion certificate. We prepare the drawings, file the application, answer the town hall and hand you the certificate, so the pool appears legally in the deeds when you sell.
Who does the work
The crews are ours, not subcontractors: nineteen people who have worked together for years across the Costa Blanca and the Mar Menor. The same foreman who measures your pool is on site while it is being built, which is why the schedule we hand you in writing usually holds.

What is quoted separately
The quote covers the work described here. Terrace and paving, retaining walls, garden reinstatement, an electrical upgrade if the house has no spare capacity, and town-hall fees are listed as separate lines, so you can see what each part costs and decide what to do now and what to leave.

We work for communities and rental properties as well as private villas, where the rules on safety, access and water testing are stricter and the paperwork has to exist when an inspector asks for it.
