Weekly or seasonal care
Maintenance is priced monthly by the size of the pool and how often we come: weekly in summer, fortnightly out of season, more often for rental properties. You get the monthly figure and the visit frequency in writing after we have seen the pool, with no annual tie-in. Anything the visits turn up is priced from our standard rates — re-tiling from EUR 60 per m2, a heat pump from EUR 2,000, a salt system from EUR 900 — so a repair never arrives as an unexplained line.
For owners who are not here all year
Most of our clients spend part of the year abroad. We open and close the pool for the season, keep the water right while nobody is swimming, and send a short report with photos after every visit so you know what was done.
Repairs found early cost less
A service visit is also an inspection: a pump seal weeping, a filter losing pressure or a level that drops faster than evaporation are all cheaper to fix in March than in July. We tell you what needs doing and what can wait.
Holiday lets and community pools
Rental properties and community pools carry a higher bathing load and stricter requirements. We visit more often, keep the chemistry inside the legal range and document it.

Where we work
We cover the provinces of Alicante and Murcia from our office in Torrevieja: Orihuela Costa, Guardamar, Rojales, Los Montesinos, Elche, Alicante, Santa Pola, Los Alcázares, San Javier, Torre Pacheco and the towns around them. Anything within that radius gets the same crew and the same response time.

The quote covers the work described here. Terrace and paving, retaining walls, garden reinstatement, an electrical upgrade if the house has no spare capacity, and town-hall fees are listed as separate lines, so you can see what each part costs and decide what to do now and what to leave.

What we check first
Autumn and winter are the quiet months for us and the cheapest time for you to book: the pool is ready before the season instead of during it, and nobody loses half of July to a building site.
Materials and equipment
Everything goes in writing before anyone starts: the scope, the materials, the price and the dates. If something changes on site, you get the new figure before the work is done, not on the final invoice.
We work for communities and rental properties as well as private villas, where the rules on safety, access and water testing are stricter and the paperwork has to exist when an inspector asks for it.
