How to tell a leak from evaporation
Detection is quoted per visit by the size of the installation. The repair is priced from the same rates as our renovation work: a fitting or a length of pipe is a small job, re-tiling the area around it runs about EUR 60 per m2, and a shell rebuilt from the inside is EUR 12,000-18,000. You get both figures before anything starts.
Found without demolishing the terrace
We work with pressure tests on each circuit, a camera in the pipework and dye tests in the shell. Only the exact point gets opened, which is the difference between a morning of work and a rebuilt terrace.

The site visit is free and carries no obligation. Send the address and a couple of photos beforehand and we can usually tell you on the phone whether the job is a morning, a week or a full renovation.
Autumn and winter are the quiet months for us and the cheapest time for you to book: the pool is ready before the season instead of during it, and nobody loses half of July to a building site.
Everything goes in writing before anyone starts: the scope, the materials, the price and the dates. If something changes on site, you get the new figure before the work is done, not on the final invoice.
Gas Testing
We work for communities and rental properties as well as private villas, where the rules on safety, access and water testing are stricter and the paperwork has to exist when an inspector asks for it.
Skimmer joints, the return fittings, pipework crushed during landscaping, and cracks at the shell-to-wall junction. Liner pools also lose water at welds and around lights.

Cost-Efficiency
A slow leak washes ground from under the shell, and the movement that follows turns a fitting repair into a structural one. It is the single cheapest problem to fix early.
