Standard Swimming Pools at a Fixed Price
Our standard pools come in 6×3, 7×3.5, 8×4 and 10×5 m at 1.4-1.6 m deep. Because the shell, the filtration and the finish are already engineered, the price is fixed before we start: from EUR 11,000 for 6×3 m and around EUR 16,500 for 8×4 m.
What is in the price
Reinforced concrete shell, waterproofing, tiled finish, skimmers and returns, filtration with a sand filter, underwater lighting, the plant room and commissioning. Nothing essential is left out to make the headline number look smaller.

On a normal plot a rectangular pool gives you the most water for the money, the simplest cover options and the cheapest maintenance. We suggest an individual design only where the plot, the slope or the view genuinely calls for it.
What you can still change
Steps and benches, depth profile, tile colour, the position of the plant room, lighting and the water treatment system are all yours to choose. The structure stays the same, which is what keeps the price fixed.

Delivery time
Four to six weeks on site after the licence, and we can usually start within a few weeks of signing. Booking in autumn or winter means the pool is ready before the season rather than during it.
Who does the work
The crews are ours, not subcontractors: nineteen people who have worked together for years across the Costa Blanca and the Mar Menor. The same foreman who measures your pool is on site while it is being built, which is why the schedule we hand you in writing usually holds.

Everything goes in writing before anyone starts: the scope, the materials, the price and the dates. If something changes on site, you get the new figure before the work is done, not on the final invoice.

We work for communities and rental properties as well as private villas, where the rules on safety, access and water testing are stricter and the paperwork has to exist when an inspector asks for it.
