A standard 8×4 m pool starts at EUR 16,500; an infinity pool of the same size costs more, because the balance tank, the overflow channel, the larger pump and the retaining structure are all real work. We quote it as one figure after the site visit, with the retaining work listed separately.

Where it is worth the money
On plots that fall away towards a view — the coast around Orihuela Costa, Benidorm and Santa Pola, and hillside urbanisations inland. On a flat plot the money is better spent on size or on the terrace.

The quote covers the work described here. Terrace and paving, retaining walls, garden reinstatement, an electrical upgrade if the house has no spare capacity, and town-hall fees are listed as separate lines, so you can see what each part costs and decide what to do now and what to leave.
