We’re proud to announce the successful delivery of our first community swimming pool project in Villamartín, built for the residents of Comunidad Marbella II. This project marks a major milestone for CreatorPool as we expand our portfolio into shared-use pool solutions for residential communities and urbanizations across the Costa Blanca.
Designed with both functionality and comfort in mind, this custom-built pool offers a new focal point for community life — and reflects our continued commitment to quality and innovation.
🏊 15×5 Meters of Comfort and Community
The new community pool measures 15 meters by 5 meters and includes:
- A dedicated children’s zone with reduced depth
- An expansive terrace area of approximately 100 square meters, finished with anti-slip porcelain tiling
- Functional perimeter drainage for safety and durability
- High-efficiency filtration and cleaning systems
- LED lighting for night use and enhanced visibility
Built to accommodate both families and individuals, this shared space was carefully designed to serve the entire community — combining relaxation, recreation, and long-term performance.
📐 A Challenging Design — Delivered in Just 40 Days
The Marbella II pool was not just a standard install. The plot required:
- Complex planning to fit within tight spatial constraints
- Custom excavation and elevation adjustments
- Coordination with community management and municipal regulations
- Careful scheduling to minimize disruption for residents
✅ And we did it all in just 40 days — from start to finish.
Thanks to precise execution and strong collaboration with Marbella II representatives, our team delivered the project on time, on budget, and fully aligned with community expectations.
🙌 Thank You, Marbella II
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Comunidad Marbella II for the trust and collaboration throughout this project. Working closely with the community board and property administrators allowed us to align every detail with resident expectations — from material selection to safety standards.
We see this project not just as a construction success, but as the beginning of many long-term partnerships with communities and developers across the region.

With this successful delivery, CreatorPool is now positioned as a trusted pool builder for comunidades in the Torrevieja and Villamartín area.
