Short answer: Creator Pools builds, repairs and maintains swimming pools. When the pool is only one part of a bigger job — a villa renovation, a reconstruction back to the shell, a new house or a commercial fit-out — the main contractor is our sister company, Creator Company. It is a separate company under the same ownership, with its own team and office in Torrevieja, and it builds the pool as part of the whole project.
Owners often ask us for a pool and, in the same message, for a new kitchen, a terrace and an extra bedroom. Splitting the work this way means each job is run by the company set up for it — and nobody digs a pool in a garden that is about to become a building site.

Why one contractor should run the whole project
- The order of works. The excavator has to reach the garden before the new terrace and the boundary wall are finished — not after.
- Services under the ground. The cable and pipes to the pool plant room are laid while the house is being rewired and replumbed, in the same trenches.
- Levels. Pool coping, terrace and the new floors of the house have to meet at the right height. One drawing, one team.
- Paperwork and tax. In Torrevieja and Orihuela the town hall charges the construction tax ICIO at 4% of the cost of the works. One coordinated application is simpler than two separate ones.
- One programme and one guarantee. You deal with one person who knows the whole site.
The right order when a pool is part of a renovation
- Survey, drawings and decisions for the house and the garden together
- Permission from the town hall, and from the community of owners where there is one
- Strip-out and any structural work in the house
- Pool excavation and shell while the garden is still open
- First fix in the house and the services to the pool
- Plastering, screeds, then tiling inside and around the pool
- Terrace, paving and landscaping
- Kitchen, bathrooms, painting and the first fill of the pool

Creator Company Alicante S.L. (N.I.F. B26705343) is a construction and renovation company in Torrevieja, trading since 2022. In 2026 it has 770 m² in reconstruction — a 450 m² restaurant and two villas of 180 m² and 140 m² — plus 105 m² of new construction on site, and 964 m² already contracted for 2027 (2026 results). Are Creator Pools and Creator Company the same company?
No. They are two separate companies under the same ownership. Creator Pools specialises in pools; Creator Company is a general contractor for whole projects.
I only want a pool, but I may renovate the house later. Who should build it?
If the renovation is planned within a year or two, talk to Creator Company now, so the pool, the terrace and the services are designed once. If the house is finished, Creator Pools.
