As 2023 comes to a close, we’re proud to look back on another powerful year of growth, creativity, and hard work at CreatorPool. From Torrevieja to the wider Costa Blanca region, our team delivered 54 residential construction projects — each one completed with precision, professionalism, and pride.
This year wasn’t just about numbers — it was about raising the standard of quality in pool construction, home renovation, and outdoor living design.
🏊 21 Private Pools — Designed and Built
Swimming pools remain at the heart of what we do — and in 2023, we delivered 21 custom-built pools for private homes and communities.
Each pool was tailored to the client’s space, needs, and lifestyle — whether it was a sleek modern design, a compact urban install, or a full luxury outdoor zone with terrace, lighting, and landscaping.
With every project, we pushed for innovation — using high-efficiency filtration systems, sustainable materials, and energy-saving technologies.
🏡 One Full Villa Renovation — El Valley Golf Resort
One of the year’s standout projects was the complete renovation of a villa at El Valley Golf Resort.
Delivered in just 5 months, the transformation included:
- Structural work and layout redesign
- Full interior remodeling
- A new swimming pool
- Terrace and landscape integration
- Modern engineering upgrades across the board
This project showcased our turnkey project capabilities — from demolition to delivery.
🛠️ 4 Apartment Renovations + 12 Bathrooms
In 2023, we also completed:
- 4 full apartment renovations, including kitchens, flooring, and custom carpentry
- 12 bathroom remodels, each redesigned with modern layouts, premium finishes, and water-saving fixtures
From compact refits to complete gut-and-redesign jobs, our team brought modern comfort and efficiency to every square meter.
🌅 6 Terraces + Over 10 Small Projects
We built 6 large custom terraces this year — often in combination with pools or villa upgrades — plus over 10 smaller projects, including:
- Showers & wet zones
- Wall repairs and tiling
- Decorative concrete and ceramic installs
- Outdoor kitchens and functional storage units
These “small” jobs made a big impact, especially for clients who wanted smart upgrades without full renovations.
🚀 Looking Ahead
In 2023, we didn’t just build pools — we built trust. We strengthened relationships, expanded our network of suppliers, grew our technical capacity, and reaffirmed our commitment to delivering premium construction work in Torrevieja and the Alicante region.
