We are proud to present the successful completion of a full-scale villa renovation and premium swimming pool construction at El Valley Golf Resort, one of the most exclusive residential communities in southern Spain.
👉 The transformation took place between June and December 2023, a period of 7 months and over 200 days of careful planning, expert execution, and dedicated craftsmanship.
This comprehensive villa renovation project reflects our ongoing commitment to quality, detail, and client satisfaction — a turnkey solution that brings together function, beauty, and lifestyle.
🛠️ A Project That Redefines Outdoor Living

- Structural work and layout optimization
- High-end materials throughout
- Exterior landscaping and garden redesign
One of the key requests was a bespoke swimming pool, designed not just as a visual feature but as the heart of the outdoor space.
🏊 A Pool That Elevates the Entire Property
Our team designed and built a custom swimming pool tailored to the villa’s architecture and the surrounding environment. Features include:
- Minimalist design with wide steps
- Saltwater filtration and energy-efficient systems
- LED lighting for evening ambiance
- Anti-slip surfaces and a surrounding relaxation area
